Creating digital experiences with Australia’s largest airline

While working at With Collective I had the pleasure of working with Qantas as a Senior Designer and then to create ad campaigns as an Art Director. It started by winning a creative pitch with the Qantas Frequent Flyer team and grew to include other groups within the airline. Our aim was to create digital experiences that allowed people to discover more about the benefits Qantas offered in an engaging way.

Where could your Qantas Points take you?

Qantas Frequently Flyer is Australia’s most popular frequent flyer program, with  over 14 million members. However, many of them aren’t aware of the different, simple, ways they could be earning more Qantas Points to achieve their goals faster. We created a website that showcased the different ways they could earn more points.

Two airlines, one world-class experience

When Qantas and American Airlines partnered to offer customers more connecting flights to destinations across America, we needed to alleviate any questions people had about what the experience would be like. We created a Q&A campaign that featured a website that showcased the similar experience customers would enjoy on both airlines.

Art Directing creative campaigns

After working as a Digital Designer in various agencies for over 10 years I decided to turn my hand to Art Direction. Working with copywriters to develop advertising campaigns and assets. In this role, we ideated, pitched, and developed campaigns to achieve the outcomes set out in the brief. I was privileged to work with award-winning photographers and retouchers to bring our creative visions to life.
